Caralluma Fimbriata... what exactly is it?  It is a succulent plant from India, Sri Lanka, and the area over on that side of the Atlantic.  It is believed to have the ability to suppress hunger and appetite and enhance stamina.  It is also believed to trick the brain into thinking you are not hungry, so early tribesmen would take some in order to sustain themselves.  This is called "famine food".

Now Caralluma Fimbriata is being marketed as the newest fad diet pills.  These ones by Rami Naturals are pure vegetarian capsules with no added fillers, binders, or "other ingredients".  Dr. Oz promoted it as a way to curb your cravings for salty foods.  Caralluma boosts your metabolism and curbs your appetite.

The Bottle Rami Naturals Sent Me
I was offered a bottle of Caralluma Fimbriata in exchange for my honest review.  This is what I noticed:

  • The pills are an average size gelcap capsule - you will need lots of water (I did at least because they will get caught in your throat otherwise)
  • I had NO adverse reaction - I did NOT get cramps, diarrhea, headaches - nothing that would make me stop taking the supplement
  • I did notice I was not hungry at all... lunchtime came and went and I almost forgot to eat
  • I generally felt good (I'm not sure if that can be attributed to the Caralluma Fimbriata)

Overall, I am happy with these.  I plan on really taking them for a full month and seeing what kind of weight I can lose.  I think with taking these with a proper, nutritious diet and some (or a lot) of exercise you can easily lose any weight you want.  I have been stuck at a plateau for months, and I think these Caralluma Fimbriata can shake me from it!!
