Review: SupremePURE Forskolin Extract 250mg

Forskolin.  What is it?  The scientific definition is it's a perennial herb in the genus of mint. Hmm...that doesn't tell me much.  Digging deeper - Forskolin is a chemical found in the roots of an herbal plant in the mint family, and it can help to promote the breakdown of stored fats in animal and human fat cells.  It's been used since ancient times to treat heart disorders (lowers blood pressure), and also asthma.  Forskolin can also be used to treat allergies, skin conditions, painful periods, IBS, UTI's, late stage cancer, insomnia and ED.

The Forskolin that was sent to me by SupremePURE is for weight loss, though.

After I had my third child in 2013 I've been struggling to lose the weight.  Even going to the gym five days a week I couldn't lose the weight I wanted to!  Then I heard the commercials for these new all natural miracle pills....and Dr. Oz promotes them, so they can't be bad, right?

These SupremePURE Forskolin capsules are all natural veggie caps.  There are no fillers, no binders, no stimulants, and no artificial ingredients.  These are gluten free, vegan friendly, lactose and celiac tolerant.  ANYONE CAN TAKE THESE!

As you can see, the capsules are on the bigger average size, and they have gotten stuck in my throat more than once.  If you take these, you definitely need a big glass of whatever you drink.  I took these alone at first with no adverse reaction, and then I ended up pairing it with Garcinia Cambogia.  Again, no adverse reaction.  I had no reaction at all, so it was like I took nothing.  My appetite wasn't as voracious, but I still ate like crap.  I have not lost any weight, but I have not gained, either, and that's a good thing because I eat about 15 Oreo's every night before bed.  I think if I would follow a good diet and exercised every so often, these would definitely help me lose weight.  No question about it.  I have noticed I feel fantastic, though.  I have energy, my mood is good, and I'm sleeping very well (except for when the baby wakes me up, which is always around 2am).  I can't help but wonder if my skin is clearing up because I've been taking the Forskolin?

I think if you're interested in losing weight and haven't been able to, trying Forskolin is worth it.  You can check it out on Amazon right here.
